Sketch for Confluence is a simple, powerful tool for quickly annotating images directly from Confluence.
This plugin lets you add arrows, lines and text to your images. Simply click "Sketch" button directly on your page in edit mode and start drawing.
Original images will be stored in page attachments versions history. Revert back to original version and start again at any time.

Sometimes the installation cannot be processed and an error message of unavailable server is displayed. This situation can occur rarely and it is caused by a delay when starting Lambda service on AWS. Therefore you need to install it more times. Once the plugin is installed, it’s ready to be used. Just click ‘Sketch...’ on the ‘Image Properties Panel’ and start annotating your images.
While using with Confluence Cloud, ‘Sketch’ button will be located on the top panel of the content view page.
Click it to see all the images attached to the page, and select the one you want to edit:
To use any tool provided by Sketch simply select the tool from tool panel, located at the top of the Sketch dialog.
Text | With Text tool you can annotate the image. It is possible to choose font for the text, and also Bold and Italic modifiers. Here are the list of supported fonts:

Highlight | Using highlight it is possible to select areas on image with semitransparent rectangles of chosen color. | |
Arrow | Arrow is used to point certain place on the image. Arrows can be different color and size. | |
Line | Line is a basic tool, which can be used for simple underlying content or for creation of more complex drawings. |
You can use Undo and Redo function by pressing corresponding button on tool panel or by using ctrl+z and ctrl+y hotkeys.
Also you can remove all drawn elements by pressing Clean button. You can not revert that cleaning.
Using corresponding panels it is possible to choose size and color for each drawing tool separately.
